sad thing
well.. i am single now...... this is a sad thing to go through. i would like to go on record and say, that my ex is one of the greatest girls i have ever meet. i do care about her a lot, and i ask that you be respectful in your comments. i think i am just doing some venting. and i needed to put something down to help clear my head.

These things happen. There is never a right time to do it, nor a right reason (as some might surmise) but if you felt it had to happen then it had to happen. In the future hopefully things will be good and the rift will no longer be parted.
it's sad...but you did meet a great person and shared some time..only now your time shared will be different..maybe friends..knowing when to move on and let go is very respectful to both..live..love..learn..
